“Information is a fundamental human right. Journalists have the responsibility to tell the truth. It’s not always easy to get your hands on the facts. The act of reporting the story could put one in harm’s way. Being free grants one the right to act in an inappropriate manner. Being responsible involves having the obligation to act fairly. The news is history in the process of being made. Journalists are responsible for writing history’s initial draft. – A quotation from the Newseum in Washington, District of Columbia
