In 1969, Pirro received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Chicago.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Albert wasted little time in pursuing his master’s degree at the State University of New York at Albany, also referred to as SUNY Albany. After receiving his master’s degree in criminal justice from Albany Law School in 1971, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the same institution in 1974. Albert’s full name is Albert J. Pirro Jr., however, he goes by Albert more often.

Albert Pirro Marriage

The strain that Albert’s incarceration put on his family’s life was most noticeable in his relationship with his wife Jeanine Pirro, who was serving as the District Attorney of New York at the time of their separation. At the same time that Pirro and Jeanine were attending Albany Law School to earn their J.D. degrees, they became friends.

The marriage between Jeanine and Albert was a happy one, and they were blessed with two children, Cristine and Alexander, who were born in the years 1985 and 1989, respectively. After Jeanine discovered that Albert was having an affair with another woman and fathering their kid, the couple decided to end their marriage and get divorced.

Around the same time, Albert cheated on Jeanine with his lover, Jessica Hutchison, and the two of them went on to have a daughter together. Jaclyn Marciano was the name of the child. Jessica disclosed that she had the belief that Albert had separated from Jeanine at the time in question, which would explain why he and Jeanine were together for nine months while Jessica was residing in Florida.

Jessica also disclosed that Albert had initially advised her to get an abortion; nevertheless, Jessica was adamant on giving birth to and raising the child that was developing inside of her regardless of whether or not Albert’s support was forthcoming.

Albert Pirro Divorce

Before her arrest, Jeanine was making headway in the political ring and was reported to be on track to make a run for governor in the coming years. However, she was taken into custody. The arrest of Pirro put a stop to that plan and caused the public to question her credibility, which in the end put a significant strain on her and her husband’s relationship. Following a period of time spent apart, the couple finalized their divorce in 2013. Since that time, Pirro has relocated back to White Plains and established a new law practice, both of which he works at currently.

Albert Pirro Tax Fraud, Conviction & Jail time

In the year 2000, Mr. Albert Pirro was found guilty on 34 counts of conspiring against the government, evading taxes, and filing fraudulent tax returns. Along with him, his brother Anthony, who is also a certified public accountant, was given a sentence.

Albert Pirro was given a sentence that required him to spend 11 months in federal prison as well as pay significant fines. Jeanine, who was then his wife, stayed by his side during the entirety of the controversy, both while it was unfolding and after it had subsided. She became a Republican at the beginning of her political career after serving on the Westchester Country Court till the year 2005.

During the time when Jeanine was campaigning for Senate in 2006, Albert Pirro again attempted to bring her down, and it was later discovered that he had fathered a child outside of their marriage without her knowledge or consent. Even in public, he called Jeanine out for not giving him enough time owing to the fact that she was focused on her career.

Albert Pirro Net Worth

In the past, Albert was recognized as a leading attorney and lobbyist in the Westchester region. Because he used the money from his lobbying company to pay for expenses for his personal matters, such as the purchase of expensive cars (one Ferrari cost him more than $120,000) and vacation packages, his career came to an end when he was convicted of tax fraud in the year 2000. This caused his career to come to an abrupt end.

His wife, Jeanine Pirro, was serving as the district attorney at the time, a position for which she was compensated with a salary of around $137,700 per year. When the court hearings for Albert’s tax fraud case were taking place, Jeanine’s income was insufficient for the couple to maintain their opulent lifestyle because the authorities had blocked Albert’s assets. This is something that has been covered by a number of different media outlets.
