Francis Farewell Starlite is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer. He is also the founder of the musical project Francis and the Lights and serves as the lead singer for the band. His musical abilities mostly consist of him being able to sing and play the piano.

Because of his skills, Starlite was able to contribute to the writing and production of “Karaoke,” a song by the Canadian rapper Drake that was included on his first album Thank Me Later (2010). In addition, he has collaborated with other successful artists, including Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, Chance the Rapper, and Kanye West, among others.
