During her time working for WISH-TV in Indianapolis, she was the first reporter from the city to be dispatched to the Gulf Coast to report on the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina. Ginter enjoys spending her leisure time either taking their dogs to the dog park or giving back to her communities by volunteering or providing foster care for children and animals.
She enjoys strumming away on the guitar and taking her time strolling through the local farmer’s market. She says that she is “honored to join such a great news team and excited to explore her new home in a beautiful part of the country.” She moved to Northern California so that she could spend some time in the sunlight.
