Sherry took some time off and traveled to the Wine Country, where she sampled sourdough bread and worked on the production and editing of entertainment and tourism shows, in addition to documentaries and nationally syndicated environmental reports.
Sherry finally discovered her real calling when she became a weather anchor and put her gift of gab to use. Even though it was warm in Fresno, she worked as a weekend weather anchor for KFSN, even though the temperature in the Central Valley was too cool for her.
